Baked Bacon

Cooking for a crowd? Try this method. It is so easy. You can concentrate on other food issues ;), while your bacon crisps up nicely, with very little effort. I like that.

  • Bacon, lots of it

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Line a cookie sheet pan or 2 with foil
  3. Line up your bacon on the cookie sheet pan(s)
  4. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until crisp
  5. Move the bacon to paper towels to drain grease

* Check on the bacon from time to time, one of my bacon filled cookie sheets went for 30 minutes (to perfection) the other cookie sheet needed an additonal 5 minutes or so.

Cooking time will depend on your particular bacon type, thickness, oven,  etc…

Enjoy.   g.

Hi, thanks for stopping bye. I have so many passions, not quite sure (ever,) where to start. I hope you find posts here on my blog that are interesting to you. I have a culinary background, having spent time studying in Hollywood Ca. and in the South of France. I am also a passionate amateur photographer. Lately I've been trying my hand at the written word as well. Enjoy.

    • It’s really good and so easy. The bacon keeps it’s shape too. I like to make peppered bacon, just sprinkle pepper on one or both sides. I like to highly pepper mine. 😊
