Vegi Land 

Lately I’ve been craving certain vegi’s almost daily. This reminds me of why I need to keep eating them. There are so many health benefits to doing so.  I came across this article by Eating Well on how to to choose and cook 20 vegi’s. Eat your vegi’s and enjoy!  g.
