  2. Cook the onion until translucent
  3. Add in the bok choy and celery continue cooking on medium high for about 10 more minutes
  4. Add in the bean sprouts
  5. Add in the soy sauce and seasonings, stir
  6. In a bowl combine the flour warm and the warm water, stir until smooth
  7. Add the liquid to the vegi mix
  8. Bring to a boil, simmer for about 10 minutes
  9. Add in the chopped chicken, stir
  10. Taste and adjust seasonings to your taste
  11. When chicken is heated through it’s done.
  12. Serve over hot rice, oriental noodles, or Shirataki noodles
  13. Top with crunchy Chinese noodles
  14. Add a bit of siracha if you like

                                                          Enjoy!  g.

Hi, thanks for stopping bye. I have so many passions, not quite sure (ever,) where to start. I hope you find posts here on my blog that are interesting to you. I have a culinary background, having spent time studying in Hollywood Ca. and in the South of France. I am also a passionate amateur photographer. Lately I've been trying my hand at the written word as well. Enjoy.
