Made my own version,
It is soooo good.
I’m going to an outdoor summer concert tonight and this will be perfect for me to munch on while still staying on my low carb eating plan.
Just waiting for some thick cut bacon to cook up.
Ingredients…
- 1 2.5 oz can chunk chicken breast
- 2 oz. portion cream cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 slices cooked chopped thick cut bacon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- a pinch of dried thyme
- a pinch of pepper
Process…
- Combine all ingredients well.
- Chill
- Enjoy
This evening I will have this dip with celery sticks and or pretzels.
